XXXL Tile Hunt – No Electrics (6/10-6/14)
Capt Steven Sr reports an overall good trip aboard the Viking Starship.  Mother nature had done it again, on day one we experienced wind against tide and wind against cross tide which made for tough fishing conditions.  However, despite the conditions we stuck it out and by days end we were catching tiles, big wreck fish, barrel fish, hake and pollack and one nice 20lb snowie grouper.  We faced the same conditions on day two with a steady pick of tiles, pollack, and hake.  On day three the conditions continued to be not the best but we still had a slow pick of tile, big cusk, and a few barrels.  A lot of work was put in by all on this trip both customers and crew making for a great trip all around.  The first place pool winner was Robert Pettit with a 42lb tile.  Tai Nyugen and William Nessler tied for second place both with 33lb tilefish.
