Montauk Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Sea Bass
Captain Dave reports an excellent day of fishing today aboard the Viking Starship. We had mostly large and jumbo porgies today with a mix of some nice sized sea bass. Everyone ended up with their limit of sea bass and a nice pile of porgies, mackerel, trigger fish and a couple fluke in the mix. Everyone had a little bit of everything and it was all good sized stuff! Jorge Hernandez won the pool with a 3.5lb pogy and in second place was EK Papoutis of PA with a 7.4lb fluke.
