Montauk Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Sea Bass
Captain Dave reports a good day of fishing today aboard the Viking Starship. We were mostly offshore today with the large crowd, anchored up and had a steady pick all day of mixed size porgies and sea bass. We also had some mackerel and blues in the mix. Today’s first place pool winner was Jorge Paderkis of queens with a 3.11lb porgy and in second place was Kenny Chan of Brooklyn with a HUGE 4.8lb sea bass.
