Montauk Jumbo Lighthouse Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass
Capt Dave reports good fishing today on the Viking Starship. We started offshore fishing for sea bass. It was a bit slow, but there were some good with a lot of smalls mixed in. We spent the last half of the trip by the lighthouse with excellent porgy fishing, bringing in BIG sized fish with a few decent sea bass mixed in. The pool winner was Michael Huey from Yonkers, NY with a 3 lb Porgy.
