Block Island Jumbo Porgies
Captain Dave reports an okay day of fishing today aboard the Viking Starship. The morning started a bit slow and we had to really search for them, but once we found them we made a decent catch. We had a mixed range of porgies from small to medium size. As the day went on, the fishing got better. We also had about a half dozen keeper cod. Today’s pool winner was Eric Flores of Amityville with a nice 3.5lb porgy.
