Sat Oct 28 – Viking Starship

Block Island Jumbo Porgies & Knothead SeaBass – Viking Starship
Capt Dave reports decent Porgy fishing on the Viking Starship. It was a good morning with a lot of jumbo porgy action and some small SeaBass mixed in. We went offshore to look for the bigger SeaBass where we found some nice ones and everyone had a few. We also had 6 Cod and a couple of Trigger fish mixed in. The first place pool winner was Rolando Correra from Manhattan with a 4.6 lb Porgy. The second place pool winner was Balkis Morel with an 18 lb Cod.
