Block Island Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Sea Bass
Captain Dave reports a good day of fishing today aboard the Viking Starship. We has good action all day with mixed sizes coming over and a decent amount of keepers. There were tons of sea bass today between 3-5lbs and just about everyone had their limit. We had some nice porgies mixed in, with just a few dogfish around. We also had a handful of cod up to 12lbs. It was an all around nice day on the water. The pool winner was Dennis Rafftus of Shirley, NY with a 3lb porgy.
