Block Island Mixed Bag
Captain Dave reports a slow day aboard the Viking Star. It was a slow, but steady pick of poriges, some sea bass and cod. Overall it was a fair day and everyone went home with some filets. Today’s first place pool winner was Osman Kovacevac of Staten Island with a 14.2lb codfish and in second place was Steve Schwarz of the Bronx with a 3.3lb porgy.
