Block Island Winter Cod – Viking Superstar
Capt Carl reports a struggle on the cod grounds today. We started off anchored up right where we have been seeing good fishing, but the Cod did not cooperate at all. From there we searched around only to find a couple keepers. Hopefully after the moon passes, the cod will begin to chew again. Long time Viking regular Bruce Wahl from Greenport, NY took the pool with a 12 lb cod. The 3am Block Island Winter Cod trip is cancelled for tomorrow, Mon Jan 29th due to weather.
