Montauk Jumbo Lighthouse Porgies
Capt Dave reports another very good day on the Viking Star. We had a more mixed size of fish today, but there were enough Jumbo’s in the mix to give everyone some. Most of the fish ranged from regular larges to big mediums. We fished at the lighthouse for most of the morning, then took a ride down the beach and anchored up for awhile. We threw back a ton of Sea Bass, but the good thing is starting tomorrow we will be able to keep them! The pool winner was Milton Slaughter from Brooklyn, NY with a 4.1 lb Jumbo Scup!
