Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Sea Bass
Capt Dave reports an excellent morning of fishing on the Viking Starship.  We had perfect conditions this morning, on the drift we had a handful of sea bass and a couple fluke along with lots of mixed sized porgies.  We moved off to our usual sea bass spot were we picked away at little fish and porgies.  However, by days end everyone had their limit of nice sea bass.  Today’s fish place pool was Kim Man Chan of Brooklyn, NY with a 4lb porgy.  The second place pool winner was Terrence Johannes of Yonkers, Ny with 6lb sea bass.
