Sunday Sept 23 – Night Bass trip
Capt Carl reports much improved fishing on last nights Full Moon Striped Bass trip. It was a little picky at first with just a few here and a few there, but improved with more steadiness catching 1-3 a drift for a while into the last hour when the tide finally slacked off. All in all we picked away and landed a decent amount of Bass for the boat. Rich Taliani from Massapequa, NY took first place in the pool with a 36 pound Striped Bass, and Jorge Mateo from Farmingville, NY took second with a 32 pound Striped Bass. We will be sailing tomorrow night for another Full Moon trip and there are just a few more spots available so be sure to make a reservation and jump on!
