Block Island Jumbo Porgies & Knothead SeaBass
Capt Dave reports good fishing despite the windy conditions. We stayed in the deep water offshore where we had two anchor drops. On the first drop we had solid Porgy fishing with plenty of Jumbo Scup. On the second drop we had a mix of Porgies and SeaBass in the 5 to 6 lb range. We also had a couple of Cod. The first place pool winner was Lilly from Equador with a 3 lb Porgy. The edible pool winner was Oliver from Valley Stream, NY with a 15 lb Cod.
