Block Island Jumbo Porgies & Knothead SeaBass
Capt Dave reports good fishing on the Viking Starship. We started out in the deeper water where we ran into some dogfish in the area, but we did have some beautiful SeaBass. We made a move inshore in shallower water to get away from the dogs and we had a good mix of Porgies & SeaBass. The first place pool winner was Pete Seabrooke from Kings Park, NY with a 3 lb Porgy. The edible pool winner was Jose Veintimilla from Selden, NY with a 6 lb SeaBass.
