Sat June 8 – 1/2 Day Fishing AM

Captain Phil reports a fine day on the the Viking Stariper. Today’s trip started off a little on the slow side with the slack tide just ending. As the water started moving we began and continued to see lots of action with many Fluke coming over the rails. We ended up with a nice catch with a few over 5 pound Fluke! The pool winner was Bob Murphy of Merrick, NY with a 6.7 pound Fluke.
