Sat Oct 12 – Striped Bass Fishing

Capt Carl reports a tough go on the Night boat tonight. After the last 3 days of 50+ knots of wind and 15 ft swells, the water was very dirty close to home where we started and we had no bites. We ventured off closer to Block Island and we did have some action and bites with gorilla blues, and a few Sea Bass, but no striped Bass for the night.
We are looking forward to some cleaner conditions for our Full Moon Trip Sunday night!

Fran Vivo from Whitestone, NY took the pool with a hefty 17 lb Bluefish.
