Sat July 4 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports a slower start to today’s trip and that the Porgies that we did catch were a little smaller. However we took a ride to a new spot and had EXCELLENT Porgy fishing. We ended the day on a wreck where we continued to have excellent Porgy fishing with some beautiful Sea Bass mixed in. At the end of the day limits were had by all ! Ding Andves from Edison NJ won the pool with a 3.4Lb Porgy. Kenrick Ryher of the Bronx NY won the edible pool with a 4lb Sea Bass. Happy 4th of July from us all here at Viking Fleet.
