Capt JR  reports difficult conditions and high winds kept us from fishing our usual hot spots. Despite that we had a decent trip with some Porgies and a few really nice Sea Bass. The pool winner was Tommy Peccia from Bayville, NY with a 4.75 lb Seabass.
