Sat May 22 – Montauk Spring Jumbo Porgies

Capt Dave reports excellent fishing today on the Viking Starlite. We mostly had large size Porgies with everyone getting their limit. The first drop started off great and it continued for the rest of the trip. We had to make a few moves to get away from the seaweed, but everywhere we went we found the Porgies. There were also a couple of Bluefish caught. The pool winner was Jose Chappo from Brentwood, NY with a 2 3/4 lb Porgy.
