Fri July 23 – 1/2 Day Fishing AM

Capt JR reports an excellent trip this morning on the Viking Star. Sea bass and Porgies were coming over the rail from start to finish. We fished a couple rock piles at the end of the trip and picked some very nice KEEPER Fluke to top off the buckets. We even had our first trigger fish of the year! The first place pool winner was Melissa Perri from Glendale, Queens, NY with an 8 lb Fluke. The second place pool winner was 9 year old Finneas Jack from East Hampton, NY with a 7 lb Fluke.
