Fri July 15 – 1/2 Day Fishing PM

Capt Steven Sr reports mayhem on the Viking Star this afternoon! Rods were bending all over the boat from the start of the trip. Buckets filled up quick with mostly SeaBass and some Fluke. During the last hour of the trip conditions changed with the tide easing off and the wind picking up making for tougher fishing. So we rock hopped and caught SeaBass, Porgies and Trigger fish. Ending the trip with happy coolers. The pool winner was Harrison Phillips from Tenafly, NJ with a 2.6 lb Trigger fish. Honorable mention goes to Capt Liz Forsberg with a 4.6 lb Fluke and two of the biggest SeaBass on the boat with 3.5 and 3 lbers.
