Tue Sept 27 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead SeaBass

Capt Dave reports another very good day on the Viking Starship. We had plenty of Porgies with Sea Bass mixed in everywhere we went, so we didn’t have to do any looking around for the Sea Bass. We also had a couple of Bluefish, some Triggers, Mackerel and a 40 lb Striped Bass released unharmed! The first place pool winner was Billy Wong from Colonia, NJ with a 3 1/2 lb Porgy. The edible pool winner was Amos Mouron from Winston-Salem, NC with a 4 lb Sea Bass.
