Wed May 24 – Montauk Spring Porgies

Capt Dave reports a very good day on the Viking Starlite. We had a nice shot of Porgies with steady action early when we had the tide. The slack tide shut us down to a slow pick, but we already pretty much had what we needed. It was all Porgies today with bruisers up to 3.1 lbs. The pool winner was Joseph Falco from Queens, NY with the biggest Porgy he ever had weighing in at 3.1 lbs.
