Thurs July 27 – 1/2 Day Fishing AM

Capt J.R. reports very windy conditions onboard the Viking Star this morning limiting our ability to fish areas we have been having success as of late. However, we found some surprisingly good fishing in the calm sheltered local waters around Montauk. We ended the trip easily covering the spread with sea bass, porgies, and KEEPER fluke in the buckets! Not a bad trip at all! The pool winner went to Erwin Yeung from Staten Island, NY with a 4.5 lb Fluke.
