Thurs Aug 10 – 1/2 Day Fishing AM

Capt J.R. reports a very nice morning of catching onboard the Viking Star. We found lots of action in all the areas we fished. Sea bass, porgies, and fluke kept anglers busy all morning. We found some nice KEEPER fluke to top off the buckets and send everyone home with lots of fish for dinner. The first place pool winner this morning went to Mathew Sacco from Wantagh, NY with a 5 lb. Fluke. We had a tie for the edible pool winner this morning between Sam Bruno from Connecticut with a 4 lb. SeaBass and James Benjamin from Massapequa, NY with 4 lb. Fluke.
