Thurs Aug 10 – 1/2 Day Fishing PM

Capt J.R. reports some steady action this afternoon aboard the Viking Star despite some inconvenient weather. We started out catching some very nice sea bass and a few KEEPER fluke to start off. As we explored other areas we also added some very nice hump back porgies to the buckets topping off the catch. Not a bad afternoon of catching. The pool winner this afternoon went to Steve Kellis from Southampton, NY with a 4.5 lb. Fluke. a man holding a fish in the water a man holding a fish on a boat in the water
