Thurs Aug 17 – 1/2 Day Fishing AM

Capt J.R. reports a decent morning of fishing on the Viking Star. A pick of fish all around the boat with sea bass and porgies being the main catch. We found some areas with more fluke and had a few nice KEEPERS scooped up in our nets. Not a bad morning of angling. The pool winner this morning went to Tom Krumholz from Smithtown, NY with a 4.5 lb. Fluke.
