Sat Nov 11 – Blackfish & Sea Bass

Capt JR reports another good day on the Viking Star. We started the morning by concentrating on the Blackfish grounds and found even better action than yesterday. Guys that knew what they were doing had no problem boating their limit of nice Togs. We moved off to some deeper water and found lots of Knothead Sea Bass to bend the rods. We also scooped up some nice Cod and some hub cap Scup to top off the buckets. Definitely a good day all around. The Blackfish pool winner was Tom Lambert from Seaford, Long Island with a 9.3 pounder. The Sea Bass pool winner was Paul Ryan from Middletown, NY with a 3.6 pounder.
