Mon Nov 20 – Block Island Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports another good day of fishing today on the Viking Starship. This morning started off a bit breezy so we tucked ourselves out of the wind closer to the island and had a decent mix of Porgies and Seabass, porgies were still on the medium to large size, not really any jumbos today. We worked our way off the island as the wind dropped out and had some good drifts with large SeaBass, some more Porgies, and a few Bllue fish. The pool winner today went to Mr. Yee from New York, NY with a 2 1/2 lb Porgy. The weather for Wednesday is not looking so favorable, so come on out tomorrow while we have a nice weather window! a man holding a fish on a boat in the water a man holding a fish in the water a man standing next to a body of water a person holding a fish on a boat a person holding a fish on a boat in a body of water a person holding a fish on a boat in the water a man holding a fish in the water
