Sun Nov 26 – Block Island Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports another good day of fishing today on the Viking Starship. SeaBass fishing was as good as its been, we started off our morning with a strong SeaBass bite close to island. We picked around in there for a bit with s few Porgies mixed in and then did some exploring and had a few more Porgies, SeaBass, and about a half dozen keeper Cod fish. The pool winner today went to Yan Chung from Manhattan, NY with a 2 3/4 lb Porgy. We will not be sailing for any fishing trips tomorrow (Monday, November 27th) due to high winds in the forecast.
