Tue Sept 10 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports the best fishing we have seen in awhile on the Viking Starship! It was a great day with size and action. There was a really good pick of all LARGE Porgies with mixed size Sea Bass to start. We fished one area all day getting in a few drifts, when the tide eased off we anchored and had phenomenal fishing with double header Porgies. Really BIG stuff! There were also a couple of Fluke in the mix. The pool winner was Danny Ko from NYC with a 3 1/4 lb Porgy.
