Captain Steven Sr. reports a very eventful offshore fishing trip aboard the Viking Starship!

The first day started off with a slow pick, but things quickly turned around as we moved into deeper waters. The action picked up with anglers hauling in impressive catches of giant Blue Line Tilefish—some weighing up to 20.5 lbs—along with a number of monkfish. By the end of the trip, everyone had a hefty bag of fish!

Congratulations to our pool winner, Keith Hawkins from West Islip, NY, who took the top spot with a 20.5 lb Blue Line Tile! Our second place winner was Tony Kosinski from New Providence, NJ who landed an 18.1 lb Golden Tile. The edible pool winner was Mike Spagnola from Staten Island, NY with a Monkfish.

It was a successful trip all around, great fishing and great company!
