Thurs Sept 4 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports a decent day on the Viking Starship. We started out further to the south in the deep water and drifted working on Sea Bass and Triggerfish. We had to go through a bunch of smaller fish, but everyone got a few. We finished up the trip drifting by the lighthouse picking away at smaller Porgies and about 9 Fluke with the largest weighing in at 6 lbs. The pool winner was James Hom from Manhattan with a 2.8 lb Porgy.
