Fri June 19 – Sunset Jigging for Striped Bass & Blues

Captain JR reports a slower evening of jigging on the Viking Star. Despite having luck so far on both the flood and ebb, tonight’s outgoing tide made things a bit difficult. The fish were moving a lot and scattered around. But, we boated few Striped Bass and a couple slot sized keepers along with some big Porgies. There was some action, but not what we have been seeing. The flood (incoming) tide has definitely been more consistent. No pool.
