Thurs July 9 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports another Fantastic day of Porgy fishing! We are back on the mighty Viking Starship for the rest of the season!! Our first drop lasted one hour and it was a double header Bail Job! Once the strong tide picked up we made a move and had a good pick of mixed size Porgies. There were a handful of Sea Bass today. The pool winner was Erik Flores from Lindenhurst, Long Island with a 2.6 lb Porgy.
