Sun July 12 – 1/2 Day Fishing PM

Captain JR reports a good afternoon onboard the Viking Star. Much like this morning’s trip, we had lots of action right away with sea bass, porgies, and fluke bending rods. There was definitely a lull during slack tide. But, when the tide started moving again the fish started coming. A gorgeous and fruitful afternoon with everyone getting a nice bag of delicious fish to take home. The pool winner was Michael DiNapoli from Hauppague, NY, with a 4.6 lb Fluke.
