Wed July 15 – 1/2 Day Fishing AM

Captain JR reports a tougher morning on the Viking Star. The new moon tide combined with the breezy weather made fishing our usual hotspots difficult. However, we found some Fluke, Porgies, and Sea Bass to bend the rods but didn’t keep a whole lot. More favorable conditions are forecasted for this afternoon. The pool winner was Matt Wachocha from Hewlett, NY with a 2.3 lb Porgy.
