Mon July 20 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Seabass

Capt. Steven Sr. reports a very very good day of fishing. On our first drop we got all the Porgies we possibly could and decided to go hunt down the Seabass. We found a couple nice keeper Seabass but there were a ton of smalls that had to be picked through. Overall it was an excellent day. The first pool winner was Mike Hoefancreek from Long Island with a 2.7lb Porgy. The second pool winner was Eddie Davis from Brooklyn, NY, with a 6lb Bluefish.
