Mon Jul 27 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Seabass

Capt. Dave reports that the morning started out a little tougher than usual. We were struggling to find the fish where we have been going so we tried so different spots closer to the Lighthouse and did very good there. We got a nice mixed bag or Porgies, Seabass, Fluke, and even some Blues. Tough start to the day but we made out just fine. The first pool winner was Clemons Francis from Brooklyn, NY, with a 2.6lb Porgy. The second pool winner was Nancy Chen from Brooklyn, NY, with a. 3l Seabass.
