Tues Aug 4 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies and Knothead Sebass

Capt. Dave reports a slow start to the day today. The usual spots we go to were all dirty and turned up from the recent bad weather so we had to move around and find some calm water. Once we did that fishing improved greatly. We had a mixed bag of nice size fish. We had a handful of keeper Seabass, Fluke, and Bluefish. The day started a bit tricky but we made out just fine. The first pool winner was William Ham from Manhasset, NY, with a 3 lb Porgy. The second pool winner was Gerod Allums AKA Tony from the Bronx, with a 4 lb Fluke.
