Sat Aug 8 – 1/2 Day Fishing AM

Captain JR reports a very nice morning on the Viking Star. We found lots of action with Porgies, Seabass, and Fluke. The big Seabass were very hungry this morning along with some gorgeous KEEPER Fluke scooped up in our nets. Also, we had a few Cocktail Blues and Trigger fish to top off the morning. A nice mixed bag of fish dinners. The first pool winner was Isla Norris from Manorville, NY, with a 5.2 lb Fluke. The second pool winner was Bill VT from Queens, NY, with a 4.5 lb Fluke.
