Fri Aug 14 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports very good fishing on the Viking Starship. The trip started out at the lighthouse with good Porgy fishing, but once the tide ran hard we hid down the beach and had steady Porgy fishing, a handful of Sea Bass, Fluke, and Bluefish. We finished the trip at the lighthouse with good Porgy fishing. The pool winner was Tony Garcia from Indianapolis, IN with a 3 lb Porgy.
