Mon Aug 24 – Montauk Lighthouse Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports that fishing was a bit of a slower start, but we had nice fish. We had Larges and Jumbos fishing down the beach at slack tide. At the lighthouse it was good slow drifting once the tide got going – lots of double headers. Also catching a hand full of Sea Bass, Flukes with mostly Porgies. Todays pool winner, John Chen of Queens came in with a 2 1/4 lb Porgy.
