Wed Aug 26 – 1/2 Fishing AM

Captain JR reports a very lively adventure on the Viking Star. We found lots of action everywhere we went with Sea Bass, Porgies, and Fluke bending our rods. There were definitely a lot of shorts this morning, but we found enough nicer sized fish to get everyone a good catch. When the tide finally started running we added a few nice keeper Fluke to the tally as well. Not a bad morning at all. The pool winner was John Strauss from West Shokan, NY 4.4 lb Fluke.
