Sat Aug 29 – Full Moon Striped Bass

Captain Carl reports another Full Moon Bluefish Bonanza on the Viking Star! It was another action packed night with rods bending from start to finish! Again, unfortunately, we didn’t see any Striped Bass, but we know it is only a matter of time before they show up back in force here in Montauk! First place pool winner was Jeff “Budine” Thiele with a 11.5 lb Bluefish. The second place pool winner was Olivia Marshall 10.76 lb Bluefish. The next Striped Bass New Moon Trips will fall on September 10, 11, 12.
