Sat Oct 3 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports tough fishing again on the Viking Staship. The spot we have been fishing up close to the island unfortunately had terrible conditions, so we headed south.
Offshore was a slow pick of mixed bag Porgies and Sea Bass with a lot of Mackerel. The first place pool winner was Victor Rodriguez from Paterson, NJ with a 3.1 lb Porgy. The edible pool winner was Shenda Lora from PA with a 4 lb Sea Bass.
