Fri Oct 23 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports a good day on the Viking Starship after the blow! We started out close to Block Island anchored up with a pick of Porgies and some Sea Bass.
Later on we headed to an offshore spot and found a lot of Sea Bass. We had to pick through a lot of smalls, but everyone got their limit of keepers. There were also Porgies in the mix.  The pool winner was Omar Newell from Orange, NJ with a 2.8 lb Porgy.
