Tue Oct 27 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports tougher conditions today on the Viking Starship. The fish were there, but the fast tide made it difficult at times. We had a very good drift to start and at the end, but the middle of the trip it was running hard making for tough catching. We decided to drill it out and stay up close to the island for the whole trip. Everyone had their limit of Sea Bass and a decent amount of Porgies. The pool winner was Zhou with a 3.3 lb Porgy.
