Fri Oct 30 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports the best day we have seen in awhile on the Viking Starship! It started out very good up close to the island. Once the tide ran hard we headed offshore. We put in one drop out there and had a true mixed bag of Porgies and Sea Bass. We had nice sized fish inside and out. Very good fishing!! The First Place pool winner was Nepali Transporte from NJ with a 3 lb Porgy. The edible pool winner was Mike C. from Brooklyn, NY with a 4 lb Sea Bass.
