Thurs Nov 5 – Block Island Fall Jumbo Porgies & Knothead Sea Bass

Capt Dave reports very good fishing on the Viking Starship. Close to the island was a slow pick, so we headed outside. We put in a couple of drops and found them good in 95 feet of water. There were nice big Porgies and Sea Bass, but we did have to pick through small fish. There were also Mackerel and some Cod released unharmed. The Pool Winner was Warlito Momongan from Caldwell, NJ with a 3 lb Porgy. We will not be sailing tomorrow due to the inclement weather.
